Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director-General of the Sport Bureau of Zhejiang Province

Born in March 1969 and of Han nationality, he holds a bachelor’s degree from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He assists Jin Zhi, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director-General of the Sport Bureau of Zhejiang Province, in overseeing the secretarial work, publicity, confidentiality, administrative logistics, foreign affairs, work safety, organizational personnel, Party building, discipline inspection, auditing, mass sports, and the Sports Federation. He directly supervises the following departments and organizations: General Office, Mass Sports Division (Sports Federation Secretariat), Personnel Division, Party Committee (Discipline Inspection Commission) of Directly Affiliated Organs, Zhejiang Province Intelligence Sports Management Center (Zhejiang Provincial Social Sports Guidance Center), Information Center of the Sport Bureau of Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Titan Sports Co., Ltd., and provincial-level sports associations (excluding Zhejiang Football Association, Zhejiang Basketball Association, and Zhejiang Volleyball Association).
