Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director-General of the Sport Bureau of Zhejiang Province

Born in September 1978 and of Han nationality, he holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He assists Jin Zhi, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director-General of the Sport Bureau of Zhejiang Province, in overseeing finance, sports industry development, major project construction, and volleyball-related affairs. He is directly in charge of the Sports Economy Division, Zhejiang Huanglong Sports Centre, Zhejiang Provincial Sports Lottery Management Center, Zhejiang Provincial Sports Service Center (Zhejiang Provincial Public Fitness Center), and Zhejiang Sports Foundation.
