He assists Mao Genhong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director-General of the Sport Bureau of Zhejiang Province, in managing secretarial work, publicity, confidentiality, administrative logistics, foreign affairs, workplace safety, and organizational personnel matters.
