First-Level Inspector of the Sport Bureau of Zhejiang Province

Born in October 1965 and of Han nationality, he holds a master’s degree in Public Administration, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He assists Liao Hongyu, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director-General of the Sport Bureau of Zhejiang Province, in overseeing financial affairs, sports industry development, and major project construction.
