Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director-General of the Sport Bureau of Zhejiang Province

Born in May 1974 and of Han nationality, he holds a master’s degree in Education and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He assists Jin Zhi, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director-General of the Sport Bureau of Zhejiang Province, in overseeing competitive sports training, sports scientific research, basketball, and related affairs. He is directly in charge of the Sports Training Division, Zhejiang College of Sports, Water Sports Management Center of Zhejiang Province, Shooting, Archery, and Cycling Sports Management Center of Zhejiang Province, and Zhejiang Sports Science Research Institute.
