Liu Bichun, female, born in November 1975 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, is a swimmer. She joined Wenzhou Sports School in 1983 and was selected to Zhejiang provincial swimming team in November 1989.

In 1990 and 1991, she won the championships in women’s 200m backstroke at the National Swimming Championships and Championship Meet, and the silver medal in women’s 200m backstroke at the 7th National Games of the People’s Republic of China in 1993.

In 1994, she won the runner-up in women’s 200m backstroke at the Hiroshima Asian Games.
