Qian Hong, male, born in 1971 in Yin County, Zhejiang Province, is a windsurfer. In 1986, he was selected to Zhejiang provincial sailing team.
In 1994, he won the championshipin windsurfingmen’s mistralclass at theHiroshima Asian Games.
