Xiong Kouzu: Male, born in 1947, from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, track and field athlete. In September 1965, he joined the Zhejiang Provincial Athletic Team, and in October, he joined the national track and field sprint team.

In the 1966 National Athletics Competition, he won second place in the 200 meters youth category. In the 1973 National Athletics Championships, he won the men's 200 meters championship. He also broke the Asian record in the 4x400 meters relay and the national record in the 4x100 meters relay.

At the 1974 Asian Games in Tehran, he won second place in the men's 4x100 meters relay.
