Guan Chenchen was born in Shishou City, Hubei Province in September 2004 and settled down in Cixi, Ningbo City in 2012.

In August 2019, she won the gold medal in gymnastics women’s horse-vaulting group A at the 2nd National Youth Games. In September 2020, she won the gold medal in women’s balance beam at the National Gymnastics Championships.

On August 3, 2021, Guan Chenchen won the championship in  gymnastics women’s balance beam at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
