Zhou Suhong (second from the left in the front row) was born in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province in 1979.

She has won gold medals at World Women's Volleyball Grand Prix, Asian Games, and other competitions for many times. In 2000, she was awarded the title of “Master of Sports of the International Class”. In September 2004, she was conferred the title of “Meritorious Sportsperson of Zhejiang Province" by Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government.
