Meng Guanliang (first on the left) was born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province in 1977.

He won championships at the National Championship Games, the Asian Games, the World Cup and other competitions. In September 2004, the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government awarded him the title of “Meritorious Sportsperson of Zhejiang Province". In 2004, he won the title of “Master of Sports of the International Class” and the National Titles of Honor in Sports.
