Li Lingwei, a female badminton player from Lishui, Zhejiang, was born in 1964. She was selected to Zhejiang provincial badminton team in 1977 and joined the national badminton team in 1980.

In 1982, she won the women’s singles championship at the Japan Open Badminton Championships.

At the 1982 Asian Games in New Delhi, she secured the championship in the badminton women’s team event and was the runner-up in the women’s singles.
