Luo Huan was born in Xiantao, Hubei Province in March 2000. In 2008, she was selected to Zhejiang Gymnastics Team.

She won gold medals in women’s individual all-round and uneven bars at the National Gymnastics Championships in 2014, and the bronze medal in women’s floor exercise at the National Gymnastics Championships in 2015. In 2018, she won gold medals in women’s individual all-around and balance beam at the National Gymnastics Championships & Trials for the Asian Games.

Achievements at the 2018 Jakarta Asian Games:

Gold medal in gymnastics women’s team;

Silver medals in gymnastics women’s individual all-around and balance beam.
