Zhu Menghui was born in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province in March 1999.

She won gold medals in women’s 50m freestyle at the 2014 National Swimming Championships and in women’s 100m freestyle at the 2016 National Swimming Championships.

Achievements at the 2018 Jakarta Asian Games:

Gold medal in women’s 4×100m medley relay;

Silver medals in women’s 100m freestyle and 4×100m freestyle relay.
