Male rowing athlete Gao Bingrong was born in 1973 in Yueqing, Zhejiang Province. In 1988, he was selected to Zhejiang provincial rowing team.
He won the championship in men’s lightweight double sculls at the 1998 Asian Games held in Bangkok.
