Female roller skater Zang Yinglu was born on August 3, 1987 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. She began to learn roller skating in 1994 and competed for the Haining roller skating team in 2010.

She achieved good results in the national team trials, national championships, the national open, international competitions, and other major events. She was crowned champion at the National Roller Skating Championships for ten consecutive years.

At the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, she won the silver medal in roller skating women’s 300m individual time trial and the bronze medal in roller skating women’s 500m individual time trial.
