Female rowing athlete Pan Feihong was born in 1989 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. She entered Wenzhou Sports School in September 2001, then Zhejiang provincial rowing Team in January 2002, and finally the national team in 2007.

At the 11th National Games in 2009, she and her teammate Fan Xuefei won the runner-up in women’s lightweight double sculls. In the Fifth East Asian Games, the duo won the championship in women’s lightweight double sculls.

Pan Feihong and Huang Wenyi won the gold medal in women’s lightweight double sculls at the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games.
