Female Weiqi player Song Ronghui was born on July 25, 1992 in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. She entered the Hangzhou Weiqi team in 2006.

She won the championship in women’s junior group at the National Children’s Go Championships, the gold medal in women’s Weiqi individual at the First World Mind Sports Games in 2008, and the championship in Weiqi mixed doubles at the 2010 Weiqi Mixed Doubles World Cup.

She won runners-up in Weiqi mixed doubles and women’s team at the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games.
